Merry Christmas! Santa has some competition...
I have spent months trying to teach Alton new words and phrases. My sister watches Alton for one afternoon, and she taught him to say, Ho Ho Ho! and he recognizes Santa Claus.

Alton has FINALLY learned the sign for "all done"! But here is a video with the sign and the pointing to the belly button. :)

Travis and I took Alton to his first Gymboree class on Saturday. He had a REALLY good time, and like his mama, he is not a fan of structure in learning. He had an awesome time playing on all of the climbing equipment though and I thought I would share this video of him on the "noisy bridge".

We went to Disneyland last week for my aunt's birthday and we had a character dinner. Alton is okay with people characters, but the animal characters still make him flip out. I wonder when he will outgrow this fear?

This is Alton "cruising" with one of his girlfriends, Penelope; in his "ride".
Note the charming way they swap spit via the now communal binkie.

His mommy won't really touch broccolli, so he must have gotten his love for the stuff from Daddy.

I had to secret shop a fancy restaraunt on my birthday. This is how my son behaved while we enjoyed our pre-dinner virgin cocktails and overpriced crab cakes in the bar.

We have a cruiser! He will be 7 months old on Saturday.
Isn't it awfully early for him to be doing this? He just started to crawl this weekend!

A Big thank you to Aunt Janice and the rest of the Ohio gang for the Toys R Us gift certificate. Mommy and Daddy put it to good use!

Alton makes the funniest noises when he is hungry and eating.
I'm afraid he might hyperventilate some day!
